In the application form, you will be asked to provide the pharmacy (only main branch) information.
you will also be asked to upload these photos:
- A photo of the pharmacy entrance.
- The pharmacy owner identification.
- The pharmacy registration papers
All uploaded photos must be clear. And they can be captured with normal mobile phones.
